Personal Training : What to Expect
During the first training session, fitness testing including flexibility, strength assessment, cardiovascular condition and body fat analysis, will be administered. Regular follow up tests are incorporated into the training regime to ensure short and long term goals are being met.
Imaginative training programs are regularly updated and modified, ensuring continued achievement and motivation are enjoyed by the client. The flexibility and variety of training location including 'at home', gym or park setting, ensure maximum efficiency and time utilization for the client.
